Create a Full-Size Edit Page For A Larger Viewing Area >>> |
What you're going to do is create a page width wide enough to work with and move the Elements Palette out of the way so that you can see the page in full screen. These instructions are for SiteBuilder Classic. 1) Open Sitebuilder. 2) Open an existing page or create a new page. 3) Click on "Page" in the toolbar above the work area. 4) Click on "Page Properties." 5) If your page width is set at 600, change it to 800. The smallest screen resolution used by web surfers with a desktop monitor is 800x600. You'll find that the background automatically adjusts so that you no longer have the white space to the right in view, unless you scroll over. Click the window close. 6) Click on "Element" in the toolbar. 7) Move your cursor down to "Element Palette" and check "Undock Element Palette", then click on the (-) symbol to minimize it. The "Element Palette" will move to your taskbar. 8) If you want access to the "Element Palette", just click on it. That's it! |
