JavaScript and DHTML Demos >>> To the right, you will find links to demos of JavaScripts and DHTML scripts that tested to work in SiteBuilder. None of the pages you see here were created with SiteBuilder. I've included any workarounds that may have been necessary to make the script work in previous versions of SiteBuilder where access to the <head> section of the page was off limits and body onLoad commands did not work. Since there is a growing number of Firefox users, I note the browsers that do or do not work with the demonstrated scripts. You should keep that in mind when you decide to use a script on your pages. If you find a script you absolutely must have and can't make it work in SiteBuilder, then you'll have to use it in a page created with another editor. Remember, too, that those pages will have a longer URL such as: http://yoursite.homestead.com/files/page.html or http://www.yourdomain.com/files/page.html if you have your own domain. If you find a script you're having problems with, I will try to help you. I am not a JavaScript programmer, but I've learned enough about using SiteBuilder to give it a try. |
